Justen Forge bio photo

Justen Forge is a retired criminal investigator (and computer forensic examiner). Working for a federal law enforcement agency, he held a top secret clearance and has worked numerous cases, some extremely difficult, some very disturbing, but all that were very captivating and demanded the highest level of mental, emotional and physical fitness in his pursuit to protect the Canadian public and its economy. Justen was given the Governor General Exemplary Service medal and was the 2014 recipient of the Regional Director Service Excellence award. He has a wealth of first-hand knowledge and experience from which to draw in his writing.

He lives in Winnipeg, Canada with his wife and enjoys traveling, having done so extensively through both work and for pleasure. The Caribbean is his favorite locale and you may just catch him on one of their numerous cruises there.

Justen enjoys collecting watches, seriously dabbles in photography, and loves things that go fast, namely sports cars and aircraft. He follows Formula One racing with great passion, and at one point had earned his wings as a commercial helicopter pilot.

Justen brings this vast diversity of experience, knowledge and energy to his first of many novels in the mystery / thriller genre – At the Gates of Walhalla.
